Probiotic Dressing
Use equal parts:
Yogurt, with live cultures
Vinegar, raw with live cultures
Oil, cold pressed olive, avocado or nut oils
Flavor with 4 or 5 of the follow items to taste:
Lemon or Lime, which can replace all or part of the raw vinegar
Lemon or Lime zest, from pesticide free fruit
Turmeric, to reduce inflammation
Miso, a fermented probiotic and flavoring source from beans
Garlic, to boost immunity
Ginger, to reduce inflammation
Salt, from the sea or a good mineral source
Pepper
Herbs, fresh or dry
Spices
Honey or Stevia to sweeten
Mix in a glass jar and shake. The dressing can be used on salad, vegetables or meats and will last for a few weeks.
