This amazing research reveals mercury toxicity that you would never guess was a problem in your kitchen. Something so basic as cans of tuna for lunches and cat foods that you use daily are so toxic their levels are off the charts. The video makes a good point, "Is this the reason your cat is so lethargic?" There is nothing casual about mercury and heavy metals poisoning. Breathing mercury vapor, just from opening the can, is enough poison to contaminate the body through the lungs. Ingesting it adds even more.
Here is a conversation written online between two painful bodies that are dealing with metals toxicity that originated in the mouth from dental work. These two rarely communicate and have never met, but understand each other perfectly. I’m publishing the conversation because it is an honest rendition of what painful people are about and how they give and find support.
The conversation is about the toxicity that leaches from mercury, amalgam fillings and unsafe metals used in the mouth by modern dentistry. These two have each been trying to secure health and release from chronic conditions for more than 15 years each. One reminds the other to get the last of the dental work done and to cease detoxing until that is done. They talk about the body weakening and systems failing from years of detoxing and how hard that process is on the body. Metal in your mouth may not manifest into painful symptoms for years. Some of the symptoms integrate so slowly into life that they go unnoticed for decades. Once the burden on the body becomes too high or another source of toxicity ignites an explosive storm, the body becomes dangerously ill with conditions that are rarely recognized as metals poisoning. Often multiple sclerosis, fibromyalgia and other chronic conditions are named in error. What both of these people know after years of detoxing metals is that metals must be safety removed from the mouth before the process of detoxing begins. Otherwise, the process is endless with a constant source of poisoning being released from fillings. They also know that systems of the body must be in tip top condition in order to successfully excrete metals. I thought you may have had some active exposure....from what I know, if anything…not good...wish I removed the last one 15 yrs ago...but forgot about it... good luck! Keeping the detox path healthy is most important now....the dumps suck...hate them...praying for us both... To correct metals poisoning from mercury amalgam fillings, improper procedures for implants and infection of root canals you will need to find a biologic dentist who knows how to safely remove dangerous metals without further contaminating you. You will also need a holistic medical profession who deals with metals toxicity as a speciality. Finding lead-free products is not impossible, but there is little marketing space, if any, given to promote such an important issue. This label was under an inch in size and took some real investigation to find on a large box of drinking glasses. It says, "THE BEST LEAD FREE CRYSTAL GLASS." I would have expected those letters to be 2 inches tall on the front of the box, but the print was tiny and on a bottom edge. Public concern for clean cookware, dinnerware and glasses is very low. There is little fear of heavy metals among the masses and finding lead-free products is just not a priority for most people. Lead-free consumer goods and food products are seemingly a low priority within the FDA as well. The government believes there are acceptable levels of exposure to lead. Your body vehemently disagrees and would prefer that there were not allowable levels of lead in food, dinnerware or cooking utensils. When lead is within cookware, plates or mugs that handle heat, the leaching of lead is increased, intensifying exposure. When lead contaminated plates and glassware are used for food storage, lead is allowed more time in contact with foods and can leach more poison. Cutting on lead surfaces, such as plates, also increases exposure as does a chip or crack in the finish. Your body will respond to lead by processing it, as in detoxing or storing it for safety. Symptoms from stored toxicity may not be immediate. We know from history of toxic events, like 911, that it can take years for contamination to manifest. How lead manifests is so varied that it is rarely a suspect when illness strikes. Eliminating your exposure to lead is not easy. It will be work with loads of investigation. People will think you are crazy, but it is worth the effort. I've found it helps to email companies and ask if products are lead-free. At the very least you are spreading the word that the public is aware and wanting better products. If a manufacturer tells you their product is lead-free, ask for proof or at least ask to see it in writing. Many will say that they strictly follow FDA guidelines. This is your chance to inform them that the FDA guides are not good enough for you. Just so you know, the FDA allows all, that's ALL, dinnerware to contain lead levels. Most people can't believe this means today in the US, but it does. Until the public starts saying NO, the practice will continue. Make a fuss. Make change. Sweeteners can be confusing, but without much research you will find most are carcinogens. There are a hundred reasons to stay away from the pink, yellow and blue packets. What hope there is for safe sweetness can be found in the green packets and what is in those varies.
Those who are using sweeteners likely know the dangers of taking in too many sugars. Those colored packets seem like a great way to take a step toward health, but like everything else, there is good, better and best.
All things sweet alert your system to produce insulin. This puts your adrenals and cortisol into gear so that the coming sweetness can be properly managed. When there really is no food behind that sweetness you send a false alert. Too many of these false alerts can set you up for trouble. The bottom line is you can overdo any sweetener. They all can be addictive and confusing to the body. When it comes to the packets on your restaurant table, we are clear that the yellow, pink and blue are carcinogens. The green packets of sweetener are derivatives of the stevia plant which can be 100% natural if you buy right. Your best choice in stevia is organic, pure stevia without other ingredients. It is simply the leaf of the stevia plant that is processed and sold in a powder form. This herb is about 200 times sweeter than sugar and so only takes a tiny pinch to sweeten a drink. If you were to chew the raw stevia leaf you would taste its sweetness immediately. When stevia is sold in bulk and packets there can be additional ingredients that contaminate this pure resource. These additives, used as extenders, can be lactose and a number of other products that bring purity into question. Some of these less than pure forms are reported to be only about 1% stevia. Truvia advertises to be “Nature’s Calorie-Free Sweetener.” Unlike pure stevia, it contains primarily erythritol which has some roots in nature, but is processed and uses a derivative form of stevia called rebiana, plus natural flavorings. Erythritol is known to cause gastrointestinal issues with stomach rumblings and loose stools in some, but to date, there are no warnings about serious side effects. Using the pure product means less tampering with nature. Stevia is known to lower blood pressure and blood sugar. It has no compelling science that supports it being harmful, although there are those with ragweed allergies that claim to be troubled by it. It is not a know carcinogen. |
