Replace expensive, commercial sugar scrubs with
sea salt and olive oil and add nutrients
and minerals to your skin.
When making body scrub the ingredients you choose matter. When you remember that the skin is your largest organ and that it absorbs whatever is put on it, you realize that commercial sugar scrubs may not be the best choice. Salt is just as effective.
Using sea salt provides minerals that chemically processed table salt will not
provide. Also, most box salt contains dextrose.
Your oil choice also matters. Using a quality oil will feed your skin. The best
results are found with olive, avocado or coconut oil. Use only cold pressed oils.
Directions:
Cover a few tablespoons of sea salt with oil and a few drops of essential oil if you choose. Stir and use before your shower to scrub the skin. Your nourished skin will be soft and plumped.
