Big Pharma is running traditional
medicine while ruining our health.
Choosing a doctor today is like a game
of roulette.
At some point I realized I was not asking enough questions before trusting a doctor. Usually, I sat back and listened as though I was anything BUT, the paying customer. I would say to myself that what they were saying was wrong, yet sometimes I did exactly what they said. Eventually after so many wrong answers and errors, I lost hope in Western medicine doctors.
Out of desperation, I began to study so I could learn how to help my body heal. While I learned, I realized traditional doctors were more than wrong. Many were what I describe as “criminally wrong”.
Doctors avoid the reality that nutrient rich foods help the body heal while drugs dull symptoms, leaving the real culprit behind. What they tell us ranges from ignorance to lies and frankly I’m tired of it.
My accountant has to research all the new laws every year and so does my lawyer. Neither ever has the luxury of saying, “Sorry, I didn’t learn that in school”. Doctors know things are not right with being paid to prescribe. They know what vaccines and opioids do, yet they stand back because, like government, many have taken favors.
I feel awful about how I feel about Western medical doctors. I want to trust them, but in reality, I fear them.
As I learned about my body, I started to ask questions. Asking questions is one sure way to shorten your doctor’s visit and to have a ‘special description’ of you written on your chart. I made the mistake of asking an endocrinologist if he ever looked in a person’s mouth for silver, mercury fillings before prescribing a lifetime of thyroid meds. He ignored me and the fact that I could not manage his protocol. Instead I heard about his education and notoriety, leaving the basic fact that mercury causes thyroid issues a disregarded message.
To those who said I was not ill and simply experiencing signs of aging mixed with depression, I wrote many nice letters explaining I was simply poisoned with heavy metals. None were answered, but I did suggest that when their patients said “Ah” the storage of mercury in fillings should spark some interest in further testing for metals before a diagnosis.
To the 15 doctors who said fibromyalgia was my problem, I gave the same respect of attempting to enlighten them. No one was happy.
The fact is that many of the diagnoses given are nothing but insurance codes that allow a doc to be paid while you suffer with less than the facts. We are past a time when you can shuffle into the doctor’s office, sick and miserable and expect something other than a pill for your every symptom.
Those symptoms are key to the discovery of what is actually wrong with you. If you deaden them all, when do you know if you are actually better or just being managed?
Although there are excellent reasons for Western medicine and there are many successes, there are far too many chronically ill people who are getting bad advice. Personally, I research extensively and attach myself to alternative healers who are in line with my belief system. Everyone must decide for themselves. It’s personal and no one should ever be afraid to act on their beliefs.
