4 eggs, separated
1 cup flaxseed
1 cup sesame seeds
1 cup sunflower seeds
3/4 cup walnuts
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup water
1/4 teaspoon salt
1-2 tablespoons raw honey
Set oven for 350 degrees.
Using a food processor grind the flaxseeds well before adding in the softer nuts and seeds.
Once ground, add egg yokes, baking soda, water, salt and honey.
In a separate bowl, beat egg whites to stiff. Gently mix the egg whites into the batter and pour into a buttered loaf pan. Bake for 50 minutes.
Before cooled, run a butter knife around the edge of the pan and turn out the loaf to cool.
