Ginger Ice Tea is easy to make and one of the best inflammation fighters you can find.

Use it for
Morning Sickness
Motion Sickness
Migraines
Cramps
Stomach Upsets
Pain Relief
​Inflammation

Buy whole, fresh ginger, breaking off what you need 
in the store.





Slice it and boil from 15-30 minutes.
The amount you use and the boiling time
will give it its strength. 

For weaker tea, use less or boil for a
shorter amount of time.  

You can start a second batch
using cuts from the first batch
and adding more slices.

Sweeten healthfully or not at all.
​Drink hot or cold.
